What is your cancellation and deposit policy?
We require a 1-night deposit to hold your reservation. For cancellations, we ask for at least 2 weeks' notice for regular stays and 3 weeks' notice for Liar’s Cove–listed holiday weekends, which this year (2025) include Fourth of July, Omak Stampede (Aug 11), and Labor Day.

All units include a full kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and private bathrooms.
