General Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms and conditions of procurement of the pre-booking and online booking services (hereafter, and interchangeably, “pre-booking” and “online booking” services, or “services”) of Liar’s Cove Resort – (509) 826-1288. The terms “you” and “user” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who, for whatever reason, access www.liarscoveresort.com or use its services.

The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the general terms and conditions, which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with LCR, without the need for written transcription, and shall be based on the most current version of these terms and conditions.

2. Use of the LCR pre-booking and online booking services

2.1. Pre-booking services

The online pre-booking services are for information only, and their sole purpose is to offer the user the possibility of checking the availability of a room in their preferred hotel or city.

The user will receive an email within 24 hours confirming if their booking has been processed, and it will only become binding once LCR has accepted the reservation by email confirmation and subsequent payment by the user. The user must verify the booking confirmation and notify LCR of any error immediately in writing.

2.2. Online booking services

The purpose of the online booking services is to reserve a room in any LCR accommodation.

Use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of all general terms and conditions, which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with LCR, based on the most current version, without requiring written acknowledgment.

2.3. Boat and watercraft rental waiver agreement

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, the customer voluntarily releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liar’s Cove Resort, Inc. from any and all liability for injury or damage arising from personal injuries sustained by the undersigned or any minor children under their custody, care, and control as a result of activities related to the rental, operation, or use of equipment provided by Liar’s Cove Resort, Inc., regardless of the cause.

The undersigned assumes full responsibility for any such injuries or damages, and further agrees that Liar’s Cove Resort, Inc. is not liable for any loss or theft of personal property. The undersigned specifically agrees that the resort shall not be held responsible for any such injuries, damages, loss, or theft.

Payment Policy

1. When is my credit card charged?

A one-night deposit is charged at the time of booking. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk—your card will then be charged for the full cost of your stay.

No refunds are given for early departure.

2. Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up?

Yes. All reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, cancellations must follow the resort’s cancellation policy as outlined for the rate and dates booked.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Liar’s Cove Resort under the following conditions:

A maximum of 3 pets per stay
$10 flat fee per pet, per stay
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times
Owners must clean up after pets
Pets cannot be left unattended in any unit, RV space, or tent site

If there is damage or excessive pet hair found in any unit, a $100+ cleaning fee may apply.

Additional fees may include:

$50 charge for dogs left unattended
$50 charge for excessive barking

Privacy Policy

Liar’s Cove respects your privacy. We don’t directly process or store your booking information on this website—reservations and payments are securely handled through Campspot. We only collect basic contact information when you fill out our contact form or send us a message, which we use solely to respond to your requests.
